At Quythraxstrkhima, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and receive a refund, in compliance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (38/1978) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a person you designate, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by sending a clear, unambiguous statement to:

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
  • The product must not have been used, damaged, or altered.
  • The return must be initiated within the 14-day withdrawal period.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of dietary supplement products that have been opened or where the seal has been broken, in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us — Send an email to touch@quythraxstrkhima.world with your order number and reason for return (optional).
  2. Receive confirmation — We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the product — Return the product to us at the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or was sent in error.
  4. Receive your refund — Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund.

5. Refund Details

Upon accepting your return, we will refund the full purchase price, including the initial delivery costs (except for any supplementary delivery costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered).

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof that you have sent the product back, whichever is earlier.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at touch@quythraxstrkhima.world. In such cases:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • You may choose a replacement or full refund.
  • We may request a photograph of the defective product for our records.

Under Finnish consumer protection law, you have the right to claim a remedy for a defective product within a reasonable time (generally up to 2 years from purchase for lack of conformity).

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken or opened hygiene seals (for health and safety reasons).
  • Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
  • Products not purchased from our website.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or payment provider.
  • Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.
